I feel slightly melancholy as I post these sneak peeks… not because of the subjects, who could ask for sweeter faces to photograph? I think it’s because this was, officially, the very last session I did for 2009. It marks the end to an amazing year filled with more pictures than I ever imagined I’d be blessed to take.
This time last year (or close to it), God was closing one door and opening another one. I said goodbye to one profession and in turn have been able to focus solely on photography. I have fallen in love with this “job” (I use that term VERY loosely) and hope to be able to continue for years to come. I can’t wait to meet new faces this year and catch back up with families I worked with last year… watching their little ones grow & capturing the little moments that go by so quickly!
I am so thankful to everyone I had the opportunity to work with last year. I am thankful to God for placing you in my life at that very moment. Each and every session was a growing and learning experience for me in one way or another and I can say without a doubt that I enjoyed every second of it!
