I have been dying to get to these images since our session over a week ago… it was a busy weekend of sessions that ended on a great note with this little one. Oliver was not quite 2 weeks old when we met… and the perfect little newborn. He stayed awake just long enough to get a few eyes wide open shots in the beginning. Then he was off to la-la land… and I was happy to indulge his slumber with some soft blankets and cozy positions…
I debated on whether to title this post “Oliver” or “Bella”… because I’d have to say that the runner-up star of this session was most definitely Phillip & Valerie’s canine baby, Bella. Oh.my.goodness. I could’ve easily tucked her away in the backseat of my car, driven off & never looked back! She was such a sweetheart and even let us take some pictures of her little brother laying on her… please tell me how many dogs would allow that?! Such a sweet girl… so of course I had to devote part of the sneak peek to her, too!
Phillip & Valerie, thank you so much for welcoming me into your home & giving me the opportunity to photograph your beautiful boy. I hope you’ll enjoy a few sneak peeks for now!

Oliver has the sweetest nursery. I just loved what they wrote above his crib (from one of my favorite Bible verses)… so I had to get a few of him laying under it…
